I'm watching a doc on PBS about the Supreme Court. I count this as studying for the bar. My unconscionable neglect of my educational responsibilities is neither here nor there. This particular program focuses on the civil rights/equal protection cases of the court going back to the rise of modern civil rights jurisprudence in the pre-War era. But the show just completely skipped Korematsu, and that's a bogus white wash.

Tonight I enjoyed (well, not really) my patented budget dinner for when you're out of money and can't get to a proper grocery store so you have to go to the bodega on the corner. It includes: (1) mini can of Pringles; (1) can of Chef Boy-R-Dee, cold; (1) 40-oz of Mickey's Fine Malt Liquor; and (1) Hostess Chocolate Pudding Pie. It'll give you the nutrients, chemicals, and artificial preservatives you need to make it for like twenty hours before you need to feed again...you fucking pig.

I have always been a big believer in laying down a foundation of disgusting American processed food before building a shining structure of post-modern design made mostly of the boozes of the world. It's kind of like the U.N. but, y'know, not.
